INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour
- 🍬 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
- 🧈 ¾ cup butter, softened
Filling
- 🍬 1 ½ cups white sugar
- 🥚 3 eggs
- 🍋 ¼ cup lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
Garnish
- 🍬 ⅓ cup powdered sugar
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Combine all-purpose flour, powdered sugar, and softened butter in a bowl. Pat the dough into the prepared pan to form a crust.
Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven but keep the oven on.
Whisk white sugar, eggs, lemon juice, and additional flour together in a bowl. Pour the filling over the baked crust.
Bake in the oven again for 20 to 25 minutes until set.
Remove the baking pan from the oven and cool completely for about 30 minutes. Dust with powdered sugar and cut into 16 bars.
