- 1 cup French dressing

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Stir apricot preserves, French dressing, and dry onion soup mix together in a medium bowl until combined.
Place chicken thighs in a 9x13-inch baking dish. Pour the apricot mixture over the chicken.
Bake uncovered in the preheated oven until an instant-read thermometer inserted near the bone reads 165 degrees F (74 degrees C), 50 to 60 minutes.
Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes. Serve with rice or couscous if desired.
