Baked Cauliflower Tots

Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated or finely chopped cauliflower rice (about half a medium head)
  • 1 egg
  • 3 tablespoons flour
  • 1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
