INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 🧈 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
Dry Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1/4 cup finely chopped pecans
- 4 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley
Protein
- 🐟 4 (4 ounce) fillets salmon
Seasoning
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish
- 🍋 1 lemon, for garnish
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Stir together melted butter, Dijon mustard, and honey in a small bowl. Set aside.
Mix together bread crumbs, chopped pecans, and chopped parsley in another bowl.
Brush each salmon fillet lightly with the honey mustard mixture.
Sprinkle the tops of the fillets evenly with the bread crumb mixture.
Bake the salmon in the preheated oven until it flakes easily with a fork, about 12 to 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper, then garnish with a wedge of lemon.
