INGREDIENTS

- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 🧄 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 🧂 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 lb asparagus spears, trimmed
- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, mix honey, gluten-free soy sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
Place salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Brush the honey garlic mixture over the salmon.
Toss trimmed asparagus in olive oil and arrange them around the salmon fillets on the tray.
