Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef, 90% lean
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup milk, 1%
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
