INGREDIENTS

- 🐟 1 can (70g) canned tuna in oil
- 🧅 1 new onion (200g)
- 🧀 30g pizza cheese
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 🌿 A pinch of chopped parsley
Tuna Mayo Seasoning
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 🧂 A pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tsp whole grain mustard
STEPS
Cut the new onion in half lengthwise, then cut each half into 8 wedges (wedge cuts).
Place the onion wedges in a microwave-safe container, sprinkle with salt and pepper, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
In a bowl, mix the canned tuna with the mayonnaise, salt, pepper, and mustard. Spread this mixture over the microwaved onions.
Sprinkle pizza cheese over the top and bake in a toaster oven for about 4 minutes until golden brown. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
