INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🌮 6 small flour or corn tortillas
Seasonings
- 🍋 2 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp smoked paprika
- đź§‚ 1/4 tsp salt
STEPS
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cut each tortilla into 6 triangles using a knife or pizza cutter.
In a small bowl, mix lime juice, chili powder, cumin powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and salt.
Brush the spiced lime mixture evenly onto both sides of the tortilla triangles.
Arrange the triangles in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 5-7 minutes, flip the chips, and bake for another 5-7 minutes or until golden and crispy.
Cool the chips slightly before serving to allow them to crisp up further.
