- 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour

- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Glaze Ingredients
- ⅓ cup maple syrup
- 🧈 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar, sifted
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a cookie sheet.
Mash bananas in a large bowl using an electric mixer. Add brown sugar, yogurt, egg, and vanilla; mix until smooth. Add cinnamon, baking powder, and salt, mixing until combined. Gradually add flour, mixing after each addition. Do not overmix.
Grate chilled butter into the batter. Mix until fully incorporated. Fold in walnuts with a rubber spatula. Drop batter onto the prepared cookie sheet in ¼ cup portions.
Bake scones for 17 to 20 minutes until golden. Use a toothpick to check doneness.
Prepare glaze by heating maple syrup and butter in a saucepan. Remove from heat; whisk in confectioners' sugar until desired consistency. Drizzle over scones.
