INGREDIENTS
Wet Ingredients
- 🍌 1 cup banana, mashed, use overripe banana
- 🥛 1/2 cup yogurt, low-fat plain
- 💧 1/4 cup water
Dry Ingredients
- 1 cup quick oats
- 🍇 raisins (optional)
- 🌻 sunflower seeds (optional)
- cinnamon (optional)
STEPS
Wash hands and ensure utensils and countertop are clean.
Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
Mix mashed bananas with yogurt and water in a large bowl.
Add quick oats to the mixture and stir until well combined.
Add raisins or sunflower seeds and cinnamon to taste (optional), and mix thoroughly.
Grease a baking sheet. Scoop a tablespoon of dough onto the sheet and press lightly into a flat disk shape. Repeat for remaining dough.
Bake for 20 minutes, flip cookies over, and bake for an additional 15 minutes or until cookies are crisp.
