INGREDIENTS
Dry Ingredients
- 1 (3.4 ounce) box instant pudding mix, banana or vanilla
Dairy Products
- 🥛 2 cups fat-free (skim) milk
- 🥛 1 (8 ounce) container of fat-free plain yogurt
Fruit
- 🍌 2 medium bananas, sliced
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
In a medium bowl, combine pudding mix and milk. Beat with wooden spoon, wire whisk, or electric mixer on lowest speed for 2 minutes.
Gently mix yogurt (or whipped topping) into the pudding mixture. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Layer banana slices in the bottom of 8 dessert cups.
Pour the pudding mixture over sliced bananas. Top with more banana slices.
Refrigerate until ready to serve, at least 5 minutes. The taste improves with longer refrigeration.
