- 🌰 1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C) and grease four 7x3-inch loaf pans. Mix 1/4 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon, then dust pans with this mixture.
Beat 3 cups of sugar and butter until smooth using an electric mixer.
Add mashed bananas, sour cream, eggs, vanilla extract, and 2 teaspoons of cinnamon; mix thoroughly.
Stir in the flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix until combined. Add walnuts if desired.
Divide the batter evenly into the prepared loaf pans.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
