    • 🌾 50g all-purpose flour
    • 50g potato starch
  • Oil

    • Sufficient vegetable oil for frying
  • Marinade

    • 🥛 100cc milk
    • 🧄 1 tsp grated garlic
    • 🧂 1 tsp herb salt

Make two vertical cuts along the bone of the chicken wings and season with salt and pepper. Pat the chicken thigh dry with a paper towel, remove excess fat and sinew, cut into 4 pieces, and season with salt and pepper.
