    • 🥕 1/2 carrot (75g), sliced
    • 🥔 1 potato (150g), diced
  • Seasoning

    • 🧄 1/2 tsp grated garlic
    • 2 tsp salad oil
    • 💧 400cc water
    • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1 tbsp ketchup
    • 3 cubes (60g) curry roux

Chop the onion into bite-sized pieces. Slice the carrot into 5mm thick pieces. Dice the potato into bite-sized pieces and soak in water, then drain.

Heat salad oil in a pot over medium heat. Add the pork and grated garlic, and stir-fry until the pork changes color.

Add the onion, carrot, and potato to the pot. Stir-fry until the vegetables are coated with oil.

Pour in 400cc of water and bring to a boil. Cover the pot and simmer on low heat for about 15 minutes until the potato becomes tender.

Turn off the heat and add Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and curry roux. Stir until the roux is completely dissolved.

Reheat on low heat and simmer for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the curry thickens.
