INGREDIENTS
Pie Crust & Vegetables
- 1 (9-inch) pie crust, baked
- 1 cup vegetables, chopped
Dairy & Cheese
- 🧀 1/2 cup cheese, shredded
- 🥛 1 cup milk, fat-free
Seasonings
- 🧂 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 🌶️ 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Eggs
- 🥚 3 large eggs, beaten
STEPS
Wash hands with soap and water.
Preheat the oven to 375 °F.
Shred the cheese and place it in a small bowl.
Chop vegetables until you have 1 cup worth.
Cook the vegetables until tender but still crisp.
Place the cooked vegetables and shredded cheese into the pie crust.
In a bowl, mix the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Pour the egg mixture over the cheese and vegetables in the pie crust.
