INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- š„ 2 potatoes
- š§ 1/4 large onion, sliced
Canned Goods
- š 1 can tuna (70g), drained
- 50g mixed beans
Condiments
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- š§ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
- Dried parsley to taste
STEPS
Peel the potatoes and slice them into thin slices about 5mm thick. Soak in water for 5 minutes and drain.
Place the potatoes in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 5ā6 minutes.
Slice the onion thinly and drain the tuna can.
Heat a frying pan and add mayonnaise and sliced onion. SautƩ until the onion becomes tender.
Add the potatoes, mixed beans, and tuna to the pan. Stir until the mayonnaise coats everything evenly.
Season with salt and pepper, transfer to a serving dish, and garnish with dried parsley as desired.
