INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 200g bean sprouts
- 2 bell peppers, sliced
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp mentsuyu (3x concentrated)
- đź§„ 1/4 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/2 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and stems, and slice thinly.
Place bean sprouts and sliced bell peppers in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Rinse under cold water and drain well.
Combine the bean sprouts, bell peppers, and all seasonings in a bowl. Mix well.
