INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1 bag bean sprouts
- 1/2 bunch garlic chives
Dairy
- đź§€ 4 tbsp pizza cheese
Oil
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
Batter
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 4 tbsp all-purpose flour
- đź’§ 2 tbsp water
Sauce
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- 🍬 1 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the garlic chives into 4 cm pieces.
Mix all sauce ingredients (vinegar, sugar, soy sauce, sesame seeds) in a bowl.
In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with flour and water to form the batter. Add bean sprouts and garlic chives and combine.
Spread the pizza cheese evenly in a frying pan and heat over medium heat until melted. Pour the batter over the cheese and cook for about 4 minutes until crispy.
Flip the pancake, drizzle sesame oil around the edges, and press down with a spatula. Cook for another 3 minutes until crispy.
Cut into pieces, plate, and serve with the prepared sauce.
