STEPS
Cut the processed cheese into thin strips, approximately 5mm wide.
Place the bean sprouts in a microwave-safe container, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain excess water and let cool slightly.
In a bowl, mix the soy sauce, grain mustard, olive oil, and black pepper. Add the processed cheese and bean sprouts, then toss until well combined.
