INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 1/2 bag bean sprouts
- 🥔 1 potato (150g), julienned
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasoning
- 1 pack (4g) bonito flakes
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp sesame oil
STEPS
Julienne the potato and soak it in water for 5 minutes. Drain the water.
Place bean sprouts, julienned potato, and 1 tbsp of water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 4 minutes. Drain the water.
Mix the seasoning ingredients (vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil) in a bowl. Add the microwaved vegetables and mix well. Add bonito flakes and toss to combine.
Serve on a plate and garnish with chopped green onion.
