- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetable
- 🥑 1 avocado, diced
Seasoning
- 2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp wasabi
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise

Cut the avocado in half, remove the seed and skin, and dice into 1cm cubes.

Boil water in a pot, add the beef and sake, and cook until the beef changes color. Drain the water.

Mix the soy sauce, wasabi, and mayonnaise in a bowl. Add the cooked beef and diced avocado, then toss gently.
