INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🥩 1 pound ground beef
- 🌮 1 packet taco seasoning
- 💧 1/2 cup water
- 1 (14 ounce) can refried beans
- 🧀 8 ounces Mexican blend cheese
- 🌿 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/4 cup taco sauce for dipping
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook while crumbling with a spatula, stirring occasionally, until browned, about 300 seconds. Add taco seasoning and water, stirring to coat the beef. Cook until well combined and remove from heat.
Arrange whole corn chips on 2 rimmed baking sheets. Spread a thin layer of refried beans on each chip, top with taco meat, and sprinkle cheese evenly over the top.
Bake in the preheated oven until the cheese is melted, approximately 360–420 seconds.
Fold each chip in half carefully as they come out of the oven to form taco shapes. Arrange the tiny tacos on a serving platter and serve with taco sauce for dipping.
