INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 bunch chrysanthemum leaves
- 🥕 1/3 carrot, julienned
Oil
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- 2 tsp gochujang
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Separate chrysanthemum leaves from stems and cut stems into 3cm pieces. Julienne the carrot.
Mix all seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, gochujang, garlic) in a bowl.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat and stir-fry the beef until its color changes.
Add chrysanthemum stems and carrot to the pan and stir-fry until softened.
Add the mixed seasoning and stir-fry to combine. Finally, add chrysanthemum leaves and stir briefly. Serve and enjoy!
