INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls (400g) cooked white rice
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌽 50g corn
- 5 green beans, sliced
- đź§„ 2 cloves garlic, sliced
Oil
- 2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- đź§‚ 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper
Garnish
- Pinch of black pepper
- Pinch of dried parsley
STEPS
Trim the ends of the green beans and slice them. Thinly slice the garlic.
Heat salad oil and garlic in a frying pan until fragrant. Add sliced beef and green beans, and stir-fry over medium heat until the beef changes color.
Add corn and cooked white rice to the pan. Mix well and stir-fry for 2–3 minutes.
Add the seasoning ingredients (sake, soy sauce, salt, pepper) and stir-fry for another 1–2 minutes. Serve on a plate and garnish with black pepper and parsley as desired.
