INGREDIENTS

- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🍄 2 king oyster mushrooms (80g), sliced
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), sliced
- đź§… Chopped green onion, as needed
Seasonings
- đź§‚ Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 3 tbsp sukiyaki sauce
STEPS
Slice the king oyster mushrooms into quarters and then thin slices. Slice the onion thinly.
Season the beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until the color changes. Add the onion and mushrooms, and stir-fry until softened. Add sukiyaki sauce and mix well.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the stir-fried mixture, and garnish with chopped green onions.
