- 🍄 200g quartered mushrooms

- 🥣 4 cups beef broth
- 1 tsp dried thyme
STEPS
Season the beef chunks with salt and pepper.
In a large pot, sear the beef chunks over medium-high heat until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
Add minced garlic to the pot and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add the mushrooms to the pot and cook for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Return the beef chunks to the pot, add beef broth and thyme, and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat to low, cover, and let simmer for 45 minutes or until the beef is tender.
