INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🥩 200g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🥬 1/8 head napa cabbage
- đź§… 1/2 stalk green onion
Seasonings
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
- 🌰 to taste white sesame seeds
STEPS
Cut the napa cabbage into bite-sized pieces, separating the leaves and stems.
Slice the green onion into 4cm pieces.
Heat sesame oil in a frying pan over medium heat, add the beef and napa cabbage stems, and stir-fry until the beef changes color.
Add the green onion and napa cabbage leaves, stir-fry until softened, then add sugar and oyster sauce. Mix well.
Transfer to a serving plate and sprinkle with white sesame seeds.
