INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🥩 1 pound ground beef
Vegetables
- 🌽 1 1/2 cans low-sodium whole kernel corn
- 🥕 1 can low-sodium carrots
- 🥔 1 can low-sodium potatoes
- 🍅 1 can low-sodium diced tomatoes
- 🧅 1 small onion, diced
Grains
- 1/2 cup macaroni, dry
Seasonings
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
STEPS

In a large pan, brown ground beef over medium heat for 8-10 minutes. Drain off fat.
