INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 1 cup of soaked rice
Meat
- 🥩 80g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🌱 1/4 bag of bean sprouts
- 🥕 1/6 carrot, sliced
- 🌿 1/6 bunch of chives, chopped
- 50g kimchi
Eggs
- 🥚 2 soft-boiled eggs
Seasoning
- Water as needed
- 🧄 1/3 tsp grated garlic
- 1/2 tbsp gochujang
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 🍬 1/2 tsp sugar
- 🧂 1/6 tsp salt
- 🥢 1/2 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Mix beef with garlic, gochujang, sake, sugar, salt, and soy sauce in a bowl. Let marinate for 10 minutes.
Slice carrot into thin strips and chop chives into 4cm pieces.
Add soaked rice and water to the rice cooker, level it, then layer bean sprouts, carrot, kimchi, and marinated beef on top. Cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add chives and mix gently. Serve in bowls topped with soft-boiled eggs.
