INGREDIENTS
Grains
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- đź§… 1/2 onion (100g), thinly sliced
- 🍄 6 mushrooms, halved
Condiments
- 1 tbsp salad oil
- đź§„ 1 tsp grated garlic
- 1 tsp grated ginger
Liquids
- đź’§ 400ml water
Seasoning
- 60g curry roux (3 cubes)
STEPS
Thinly slice the onion and halve the mushrooms.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, and ginger, and sauté until softened. Add beef and cook until its color changes, then add mushrooms and stir until coated with oil.
Add water and bring to a boil. Skim off any foam, cover, and simmer on low heat for 5 minutes. Turn off the heat, add curry roux, and stir until dissolved. Heat again on low, stirring for 5 minutes until thickened.
Serve the curry over bowls of rice.
