- 1 tsp mustard

STEPS
Add washed rice, barbecue sauce, and water to the rice cooker up to the 2-cup mark. Mix well and flatten the rice. Spread sliced beef evenly on top and cook using the regular rice setting.
Once cooked, add mustard and mix thoroughly.
Place 1/6 of the mixture on a piece of plastic wrap and shape into a rice ball. Repeat to make 6 rice balls.
