INGREDIENTS
Rice
- 🍚 2 bowls of cooked rice (300g)
Meat
- 🥩 100g ground beef
Vegetables
- 1/2 piece of minced ginger
- 4 shiso leaves
Seasonings
- 1 tbsp sake
- 🍬 2 tsp sugar
- đź§‚ 1 tbsp soy sauce
STEPS
Finely mince the ginger.
Heat a frying pan and cook the ground beef over medium heat until it changes color. Add the seasoning ingredients and stir until the liquid evaporates.
In a bowl, mix the cooked rice, minced ginger, and the cooked beef mixture. Divide into 4 portions.
Place each portion on a piece of plastic wrap, shape into a triangle, and wrap with a shiso leaf.
