INGREDIENTS
Protein
- 🥩 1 pound beef, lean
Vegetable
- 🧅 3/4 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 🍄 1 pound mushrooms, sliced
Seasoning
- 🧂 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 dash black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
Liquid
- 1/4 cup low-sodium beef broth
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup low-fat yogurt, plain
Carbohydrate
- 🍝 6 cups macaroni
Oil
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil, divided

Wash hands with soap and water.

Cut beef into 1-inch cubes. Heat 1 teaspoon oil in non-stick skillet. Sauté onion for 2 minutes.
