INGREDIENTS
Base
- 🍚 2 bowls cooked rice (400g)
Protein
- 🥩 150g sliced beef
Vegetables
- 🧅 1/2 stalk green onion (80g)
- 🍄 2 shiitake mushrooms
Cooking Oil
- 1/2 tbsp salad oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 🧂 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 💧 100ml water
Toppings
- 🥚 2 egg yolks
- 🧅 Chopped green onion (to taste)
STEPS
Slice the green onion diagonally and cut the shiitake mushrooms in half after removing the stems.
Heat salad oil in a pan over medium heat, add the beef, and stir-fry until the color changes. Add green onion and shiitake mushrooms, stir briefly, then add the seasoning ingredients. Cover and simmer on low heat for 5-6 minutes until the green onion softens.
Serve cooked rice in bowls, top with the sukiyaki mixture, egg yolks, and sprinkle chopped green onion.
