INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 150g beef tendon
Vegetables
- 120g daikon, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 stalk green onion (green part)
- A pinch of chopped green onion
Seasonings
- 1/2 tbsp sake
- 1 tbsp mirin
- 🍬 1/2 tbsp sugar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- đź’§ 250ml water
STEPS
Boil water in a pot, add beef tendon and green onion. Bring to a boil, skim off scum, and simmer on medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Rinse with water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
Cut daikon into bite-sized pieces.
Place beef tendon, daikon, and seasonings into the rice cooker. Mix lightly and start the regular cooking cycle.
Serve in a bowl and garnish with chopped green onion.
