- 3 bell peppers

Dressing

- 🥛 1 tsp milk
STEPS
Cut the bell peppers in half lengthwise, remove seeds and pith, and slice thinly. Thinly slice the onion and soak in water for 5 minutes, then drain.
In a bowl, mix the dressing ingredients (mayonnaise, mustard, and milk). Add the tuna, onion, and bell peppers, then mix well.
Serve on a plate and sprinkle with black pepper to taste.
