INGREDIENTS
Brownie Base
- 1 (18.4 ounce) package brownie mix (such as Pillsbury)
- 2/3 cup vegetable oil
- 💧 1/4 cup water
- 🥚 2 eggs
Peanut Butter Layer
- 2 cups confectioners' sugar
- 🥜 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- 🧈 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
Chocolate Layer
- 🍫 1 (6 ounce) package chocolate chips
- 🧈 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Combine brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs together in a bowl until smooth; pour into the prepared dish.
Bake in the preheated oven until edges have started to pull away from the sides of the pan, 28 to 31 minutes.
Let brownies cool.
Beat confectioners' sugar, peanut butter, and butter in a bowl until smooth. Spread over cooled brownies.
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until melted (about 5 minutes). Spread over peanut butter layer.
Cool completely. Cut into squares and serve.
