INGREDIENTS
Sugar and Sweeteners
- 2 cups white sugar
Dairy
- 🥛 1 cup milk
- 🧈 1 cup butter
Flavorings
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Confectionery
- 25 marshmallows, quartered
- 2 cups milk chocolate chips
- 2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
Nuts
- 1 cup chopped pecans
STEPS
Grease a 11x16 inch jelly roll pan and set aside.
Combine white sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and butter in a large heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally, and boil for 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and add marshmallows, semi-sweet chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and unsweetened chocolate. Stir until melted and smooth. Mix in nuts.
Pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Allow the fudge to sit for at least 24 hours before cutting into squares. Refrigerate for easier cutting.
