INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 🧂 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 12 ounce Sweet Dinner Rolls
- 🧈 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Sauce Ingredients
- 1 cup iceberg lettuce
- 🥛 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 🍅 1 1/2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 🧂 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
Toppings
- 2/3 cup dill pickle chips
- 🧅 1/3 cup yellow onion
STEPS
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Gather all ingredients.
Line a large-rimmed baking sheet with aluminum foil. Press ground chuck into a thin, even 11- x 9-inch rectangle on prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle evenly with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Bake in preheated oven until beef reaches 140°F to 145°F, about 10 minutes. Remove beef and transfer to a cutting board lined with paper towels.
Line the baking sheet with new foil. Cut rolls horizontally with a serrated knife. Place bottom halves of rolls on the prepared sheet.
Spread Big Mac Sauce on the bottom halves of rolls.
Place beef over sauce, top with cheese slices, pickles, and onions.
Place the top halves of rolls over the toppings. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle sesame seeds evenly.
Bake until buns are browned and cheese melted, about 10 minutes.
Carefully remove bun tops, add lettuce evenly, and replace top buns.
Cut sliders into 12 portions and serve with additional Big Mac Sauce.
