INGREDIENTS
Canned Goods
- 1 can (15.5 ounces) black beans, low-sodium
- 2 cans (14.5 ounces) diced tomatoes, low-sodium
Fresh Vegetables
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 red bell pepper
- 🧅 1 onion
- 🧄 2 cloves garlic
Seasonings
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon dried cilantro
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
STEPS

Wash hands with soap and water.
