INGREDIENTS
Base Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 🥛 ½ cup almond milk
- 🍌 1 large ripe banana
- 🥚 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup

- 1 teaspoon vanilla

STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Spray the bottom and sides of two 8-ounce ramekins with cooking spray.
Combine oats, almond milk, banana, egg, maple syrup, baking powder, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a blender. Blend until well combined, about 30 to 60 seconds.
Stir in blueberries and transfer the mixture to the prepared ramekins.
Bake in the preheated oven until firm, about 25 minutes.
