INGREDIENTS
Dry ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour

- 1/2 cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix-ins and toppings
- 1 1/4 cups fresh blueberries
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 cups confectioners sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest
- 2 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 2 tablespoons heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons graham cracker crumbs, or as needed for garnish
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (165°C). Line two baking sheets with silicone baking mats.
Whisk together flour, 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a medium bowl until combined.
Beat butter, cream cheese, white sugar, brown sugar, egg, and vanilla extract together in a large bowl on medium-high speed until lightened and fairly smooth, 4–5 minutes. Beat in lemon zest and juice.
Mix in half the flour mixture until just combined, then add remaining flour mixture and mix. Fold in blueberries with a spatula.
Roll 2 tbsp-sized pieces of dough in graham cracker crumbs mixed with sugar, form dough balls, and place on baking sheets at least 2 inches apart.
Bake in the oven for 15–17 minutes until cookies are golden and set. Cool on baking sheets for 5 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
Prepare icing by whisking together powdered sugar, lemon juice, lemon zest, and salt, then whisk in heavy cream.
Glaze each cookie with icing, then garnish with graham cracker crumbs and blueberries if desired.
