INGREDIENTS
Main
- 🍗 300g bonjiri (chicken tail)
- 3 tbsp potato starch
- Enough salad oil for frying
- 🍋 1/4 lemon
Seasoning
- 2 tsp sake
- 2 tsp soy sauce
- đź§„ 1/2 tsp grated garlic
STEPS
Remove any feathers from the bonjiri using tweezers. Peel off the skin and remove the oil gland by cutting it off if necessary.
Detach the bone by cutting along it and split the bonjiri into halves.
Mix the seasoning ingredients in a bowl, add the bonjiri, and massage the mixture into the meat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, then coat with potato starch.
Heat salad oil to 180°C in a pot. Fry the bonjiri for 3–5 minutes until the coating is crispy. Serve with lemon wedges.
