INGREDIENTS
Meat
- 🍗 300g bonjiri (chicken tail meat)
Vegetables
- đź§… 1 stalk green onion (165g)
- đź§„ 1 clove garlic
Oil
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Seasoning
- 1 tbsp sake
- đź§‚ 1/2 tsp salt
- đź§‚ Pinch of pepper
- 1 tbsp white sesame seeds
STEPS
Remove any feathers from the bonjiri using tweezers and trim off the oil gland.
Cut the green onion into 2cm pieces.
Slice the garlic thinly and remove the core using a toothpick.
Heat sesame oil and garlic in a frying pan over low heat until fragrant. Add bonjiri and cook on medium heat for about 3 minutes until browned.
Flip the bonjiri, add green onion, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until the meat is cooked through.
Add sake, salt, pepper, and sesame seeds. Mix quickly and serve on a plate.
