INGREDIENTS
Main Ingredients
- 🌴 18 pitted dates
- 🧀 1 (5.2 ounce) package Boursin Shallot & Chive cheese
- 🌰 1/2 cup slivered almonds
- 🥓 2 ounces prosciutto
Garnish (optional)
- 🍯 Drizzle of honey
- 🌿 Fresh parsley
STEPS
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place Boursin cheese in a bowl and let it stand at room temperature for 30 minutes to soften.
Reserve a small amount of almonds and prosciutto for garnish. Mix the rest of the almonds and prosciutto into the softened Boursin cheese.
Make a slit in each date lengthwise without cutting all the way through. Gently open each date and fill with the Boursin mixture using a small melon baller or spoon. Place the filled dates on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake in the oven until hot and bubbly, about 20-30 minutes.
Remove from the oven. Drizzle the baked dates with honey and garnish with reserved almonds, prosciutto, and fresh parsley.

💡 For added flavor, lightly toast the almonds before mixing them into the Boursin cheese.Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge and reheated in the oven.If you want to make a vegetarian version, skip the prosciutto and add more almonds or substitute with chopped sun-dried tomatoes.
