INGREDIENTS
Meat and Proteins
- 150g pork
- đź§Š 1/2 block (150g) tofu
Seasonings and Sauces
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sugar
- A pinch of black pepper
Vegetables
- 2 tbsp chopped green onions
- 1 tsp minced garlic
STEPS
Fry the pork in a pan over medium heat until it starts to cook.
Dice the tofu and fry it together with the pork.
Mix soy sauce, sugar, and sesame oil to create the braising sauce.
Pour the sauce into the pan and simmer on low heat.
Add chopped green onions and minced garlic, and stir well.
Season with black pepper, turn off the heat, and it's ready to serve.
