INGREDIENTS

- 🍞 3 slices of bread
- 🥚 2 eggs
- 🥛 100-120 ml milk
- 🍇 Handful of raisins or dried cranberries
- 🌰 Optional sliced almonds
- 🧂 Pinch of salt
- 🍬 1-2 tbsp sugar
STEPS
Cut the bread into small cubes.
Place the bread cubes into an oven-safe dish.
In a bowl, whisk 2 eggs with a pinch of salt and sugar to taste.
Add milk to the egg mixture and mix well.
Pour the egg-milk mixture over the bread in the dish.
Top with raisins, dried cranberries, or sliced almonds as desired.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (390°F) for 10-15 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.
Optionally, dust with powdered sugar before serving.
