STEPS
Gather all ingredients.
Prepare chimichurri sauce by processing cilantro, parsley, garlic, vinegar, crushed red pepper, and salt. Blend with olive oil.
Season and cook steak in a cast-iron skillet until rare (about 3 minutes per side). Rest and slice.
