INGREDIENTS

- 🥦 1/2 head broccoli
Seafood
- 🐙 100g boiled octopus
Spices
- 🧄 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 1 tsp sliced chili
- 🧂 1/3 tsp salt
- Pinch of pepper

- 1 tbsp olive oil
STEPS
Separate broccoli into small florets. Place them in a microwave-safe container with 1 tbsp of water, cover loosely with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for 1 minute.
Cut boiled octopus into bite-sized pieces. Slice garlic thinly.
Heat olive oil, garlic, and chili in a frying pan over medium heat.
Once fragrant, add broccoli and octopus to the pan and stir-fry briefly.
Season with salt and pepper, then mix well and serve.
