INGREDIENTS
Vegetables
- 🥦 1 head broccoli
- 1 king oyster mushroom (50g)
Protein
- 🐟 3 pieces fresh salmon (150g)
Seasoning
- 🧂 Pinch of salt and pepper
- 1 tbsp all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp ponzu sauce
Cooking Oil
- 2 tsp vegetable oil
Dairy
- 🧈 10g salted butter
STEPS
Separate the broccoli into small florets. Slice the king oyster mushroom lengthwise and then into 1.5 cm pieces.
Place the broccoli and 1 tbsp water in a microwave-safe container. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes. Drain the water.
Cut the fresh salmon into bite-sized pieces. Season both sides with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with all-purpose flour.
Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Place the salmon skin-side down and cook until both sides are golden brown. Remove from the pan.
Wipe the pan clean with a paper towel. Add butter and heat until melted. Sauté the king oyster mushroom over medium heat until softened.
Add the broccoli, salmon, and ponzu sauce to the pan. Stir-fry briefly to combine and heat through.
